How to Register

To register for the conference, please call and follow the instructions below. Note our call centre agents are employed by the Government of Ontario and your information is secure and confidential. All registration fees collected for the conference will be used to off-set the delivery cost of the conference.

To register, please call our toll free number 1-888-444-0324 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm EDT (UTC -4:00). An agent will take your call and collect your registration information.

  • If you our agents are busy assisting other callers, you will reach our confidential voice mail system. Please speak slowly and leave a brief message (e.g., seeking registration assistance), your name and a call back number. For your security, do not provide any confidential credit card information on your voice mail message. An agent will return your call within one business day.

Refunds

  • Need to cancel your registration? Refunds (- 20% processing fee) are available until October 15, 2019. Due to Ontario provincial policy limitations, refunds will be by cheque only, not to the credit card used for the original registration.
  • Please email the conference registration team at WildlandFireCanada2019@gmail.com to request a refund. Type Refund Request in the subject line. An agent will contact you to process your request.
  • Sorry, no refunds will be granted after October 15, 2019.
  • If you need to cancel and are requesting a refund, remember to also cancel your hotel room reservation, if already made, to avoid being charged for the room.

What’s included in the registration fee:

  • Breakfast on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

  • Breaks (morning and afternoon) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Conference sessions and posters on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

  • Conference materials
  • Conference app

Workshops on Monday or Friday have no meals planned unless notified at a future date.
